Digital interview
Read the role, commission model and hiring process. After application approval, complete six branching sales scenarios with twelve responses. A live human review verifies spoken Thai and English, and a recorded pass is required to advance.
Product knowledge assessment
Your reviewer may also assign 15 knowledge questions and three written exercises. These do not replace the digital interview. Allow around45–60minutes; there is no speed score or automatic timed rejection. Save progress and return from your phone.
Different question selections, option order and calculation scenarios reduce repetition. An authorized second attempt uses fresh knowledge items. Some concepts can appear in other applicants’ tests.
How results are used
Knowledge answers are checked automatically. Practical exercises can receive optional Claude feedback. A human reviews the evidence. The Vice President’s office coordinates the process; final hiring approval remains an internal company decision.
No camera, facial analysis, personality inference or AI-authorship detector. Exact long-answer overlap is a review signal, not proof of misconduct. Request adjustments or clarify a result through thai@zeismo.com.

Launch handles enquiries. Booking handles dated requests, quotations and staff confirmation. Operations adds inventory workflows and a scoped payment integration, subject to provider onboarding. Growth includes scoped AI setup with approved knowledge and usage limits. Enterprise requires discovery and a signed scope.
Commission is on agreed eligible project margin: 5% accepted introduction, 10% closing a company lead or 20% self-sourced close; one category, not stacked. Deduct agreed direct costs and account for collections, taxes, refunds and accepted milestones. Subscription renewals are excluded in this pilot.
Do not guarantee rankings, revenue or AI accuracy. Demo bookings, inventory and payments are simulated. Company payments use approved routes. Scope, customer inputs and delivery capacity determine timelines. Human review is required for hiring, offers, exceptions and payouts.
Application privacy and assistance
WEARLISTY SHOPPING SOLUTIONS LLC / ZEISMO uses your contact details, work-location information and assessment evidence to administer this application. Work country and adjustment requests are not scored. Your CV, profile and answers are encrypted in storage and available only through protected candidate and owner access. Do not submit identification documents, payment details, medical details or real customer information.
AI feedback is optional, disclosed separately at submission and does not affect the objective score. If chosen, practical prompts and your written answers are sent to Anthropic Claude; profile fields are excluded, but identifying information you type inside an answer could still be included. You may decline without a score penalty. No automatic hiring decision is made.
Application records are reviewed for continued retention after 180 days without activity; any continuing agreement or legal record obligation is handled separately. CVs are not sent to AI providers. The service is operated by a US company using ZEISMO hosting; optional AI processing is separately disclosed.
